BRUSHWOOD FENCING ...
FRONT PAGE

Brushwood, once a popular fencing choice back in the '70's is back in vogue. The new version is better than before, both in looks, quality and durability.

We have tried several types of panels over time and none have come close to the unique construction of this type of panel. Once made from Tea Tree but now made from fire resistant Melaleuca.

With close wire stitching at 25/30mm and a compression rate during construction of 1800psi the pre-formed panels are inherently durable. Plus the High Salt content of the plant makes these panels less flammable. Previously the use of Tea Tree had made this type of fencing a fire risk. But now the use of a safe material like Melaleuca, with its high salt content and density, this fencing type meets modern standards. When professionally installed it can be used around pools and even in the construction of a barbeque cabana. Recent approval from the Royal Life Saving Society for use around a swimming pool broadens the scope around the home.

Brushwood is also the perfect choice for windy locations, because while it acts as a wind break it has enough give to prevent it from being blown over.

These panels are of such high quality they are being used by more and more contractors all over Australia and now being exported to America. We have two types of panels, the standard fencing panel 1.8 high and a specially designed Cladding panel for covering existing fences that are past their best. These Cladding Panels attach directly to the fence and beautify your yard in one easy step.

We have had some clients actually use panels as roofing on pergola's, gazebos and over the top of spar baths, with excellent visual results giving that Bali look. These type of panels can be sliced to give that tiled effect or cut into triangles for hexogen shape Gazeboes. Plus the added bonus of being cost effective!

Panels have a general life span of up to 35 years if erected professionally and are not bothered by white ants etc.
